Shipping Information
Best Price Rain Chains LLC can arrange shipping for customers through various freight companies. Please let us know if you have a preferred carrier, otherwise we will use the lowest rate available. If you choose to have Best Price rain Chains LLC arrange shipment of your merchandise, we will include the price of shipping on your final invoice. Invoices must be paid in full before goods can be shipped.
Various factors are taken into account when calculating shipping costs. Costs will depend on location and the dimensions of the goods purchased. The shipping methods are set by each freight forwarding company but are usually determined by the total number of pallets and by the weight of the order.

Product preparation and dispatch time
We strive to process orders directly the next working day. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, and orders placed over federal holidays will be processed on the following work day.
Please keep in mind that dispatch times may vary according to availability and there are no guarantees as to delivery times.
Custom orders of materials that are not in stock will require additional preparation time. Additional time is required for pre-grooved boards.
Once we have processed your order, we will send you an invoice that includes the price of the goods sold, shipping costs, and sales tax when applicable. If the order is shipped within the USA, local sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Florida. Sales tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges. Import duties, taxes and fees for orders shipped outside of the US will have to be handled by your chosen carrier or a customs brokerage company selected by you. Please note that products and goods will not be shipped until the invoice is paid in full.
