Returns & Exchanges

Each customer is responsible for the products and quantities ordered.  Please look over your invoice carefully to insure all information is accurate.  We are not responsible for excess product ordered or product shortages.

Orders that are cancelled before items have shipped will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.  Orders that are cancelled after items have shipped will be charged the cancellation fee as well as applicable shipping charges. A 20% re-stocking fee may apply.
